After Accidental Upgrade we will remotely fix this issue but we have a 3 step approach.
First Step:
Fix, delete and clean that “Genuine Window”.
Fix that window remotely using AnyDesk. The percentage of success is 50% – 50%.
The window could reappear within the next few weeks.

Creative Cloud
Install Adobe CC (Creative Cloud, instead of CS6).
Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for $60 each remotely
- $60 each app.
- $80 for two apps.
- $120 for all 3.

Will fix window and will install Adobe CC.
